"In 2021, unfortunately, I had a fire in my garage. Christina came immediately to my home. I don’t know who told her but she was there about 15 minutes after I arrived home. She gave me some money to help out so sweet of her. Customer Service told me where to go. They already had made reservation at the hotel for me. I told them I needed two rooms and that’s exactly what I got. No hassles no problems. Red Cross had came gave me their card number. Fire department, Police everyone was there to help. We stayed at the hotel for six months. We could have stayed Longer but I was ready to come home because it was Thanksgiving and I wanted to cook at home. State Farm was more than a good neighbor., They was right there for me all the way. They did everything in the house they painted the whole house., put down new flooring, New window blinds, and sent our Curtains and clothes to the cleaners. They continuously checked to make sure that we were OK. Doing the hurricane in September 2024, my gazebo bent over and tore up all over my back patio. Michelle Morrow at State Farms , Cristina Ortiz office, told me to put in a claim. I thought they would not pay for it but State Farm did to my surprise. There were so much devastation in our state, I just knew they would put me on the back of the list. Miss Mia came here Immediately and returned with a check. I truly can thank Father God for State Farm because some of my friends and family, with other insurance, had to wait two to three months before their house repairs started, (they all had three or more trees which felled upon their roofs). I told them all to get State Farm, Deletha"

"My State Farm office of Christina Ortiz is amazing! We went to the office two weeks ago because my husband car was stolen at work. They were so empathetic to us help us in getting the claim set up! The claims office did an equally wonderful job with our claim! We are so thankful to everyone from the local office to the claims office. Ms Sandra at the local office is amazing as well!"

"When I decide to get a quote at this office I never aspected how the will treat me, they impress me they way they caring me and they welcome me,it feels a wonderful environment. "Last Friday, I had the awful experience from this office. First, the lady who was my advisor, Michelle, I believe is her name is one of the unprofessional people I have dealt with at that office. She did a terrible job of explaining a particular program that I thought I may qualify for. Then without telling me, she connects me to someone else who was even more disrespectful and unprofessional. Me and her actually got into a shouting match because she tried to raise her voice at me. I believe her name is Kimberly. I guess she felt bad after I put her back in her place because she sends me this email after the phone call, and the email was not an apology by the way. That was the last straw. I made it clear that I was going to change insurance agencies after these incredibly unprofessional acts. I what report this to them hand manager and charge that office, but I'm almost 99.9% sure she won't do anything about the matter either. Either way, I'm ending my policy with them. And I guarantee I'm not the only one who had these issues. There's nothing funny about a person going through a difficult situation when their car has been damaged. It's easy for people to make light of a situation until it's their turn to go through a hard situation in life. Common sense should have told these two that. LACK OF PROFESSIONALS WILL CAUSE ME TO END MY BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY. Those two should be written up at that office or worse."
